For pet owners
We want everyone to have a pleasant and positive stay, so we invite you to familiarize yourself with the hotel's rules if you are bringing a four-legged friend with you. TonyResort Hotel welcomes all well-trained and exercised pets and friendly owners.
If you are planning to stay with your pets at TonyResort Leisure and Entertainment Complex, it is important to take note of the following key points:
Forced eviction
The property reserves the right to evict any guest with a pet if the pet poses a danger or misbehaves, such as risk of injury, prolonged noise (such as barking, howling), or if the pet is doing natural things in the rooms or common areas of the hotel.
Noise control
Guests should be responsible with the noise made by their pets. If the pet makes noise in the rooms, i.e. barking, howling or whining, and other guests complain more than 2 times, and the pet's owner is warned after each complaint, the hotel reserves the right to evict the guests (without charge for the pet and refund of the price of the 1 night's stay).
Booking
Guests are obliged to inform the hotel of the number, weight and breed of their pets at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the owners to ensure that their pets are clean and tidy.
Liability for damages
Pet owners are responsible for any damage, both psychological and material. The hotel may request reimbursement of expenses or an extra night's payment (due to the impossibility of selling the room) and may require the repair or replacement of damaged items.
Responsibility for cleanliness
The hotel can claim compensation for additional cleaning costs caused by the animal.
Responsibility for your pet's freedom
The Guest agrees to keep the pet on a leash at all times when in the common areas of the Hotel and on the Hotel grounds, excluding the room assigned to you.
Maintaining cleanliness
The guest is obliged to pick up/clean up his/her pet's faeces inside the hotel/grounds. The guest is responsible for any damage to the hotel property and/or injuries to other guests, staff caused by his/her pet and is liable to compensate for any damages caused.
IMPORTANT! Clients acknowledge that they are aware that rodent control measures are used in the maintenance of the premises and grounds, and therefore accept full responsibility for any damage to the health of, or injury to, clients or their pets, and agree that TonyResort Leisure & Entertainment Complex will not be held liable for any civil liability.
The hotel reserves the right to change the conditions and prices for pets without prior notice.
Price for pets:
up to 5 kg - 10 Eur / night
from 5 to 15 kg - 15 Eur / night
over 15 kg - 30 Eur / night
